Expectations

The QuikStop goal is "Customers for Life".  Every customer that visits any one of our centers is a stranger only once.  We satisfy them so they come back to us as long as they live.  Our customers expect a lot from QuikStop, and they've come to expect even more from the people at QuikStop.  Cars come and go, but our customers are forever.

Each team member of the QuikStop team is QuikStop to our customers.  The direct contact you have with customers provides our image to each customer every time they visit us.

Our customers have high expectations of us.  For this reason we must select the best members for our team.

What we will expect from you:

		You must have reliable transportation, and be able to work at our Training center for up to 30 days.
		You must be willing to comply with all of our uniform and appearance standards.   -Hair above collar in back for males.  Females may have hair tied back in a pony tail. -Hair cut above the ears on the side. -Cleanly shaven face. (Neatly trimmed mustache above the mouth is allowed). -No earrings for males.  Females, only modest stud type earring (one per ear maximum). -No visible tattoos during work hours. -No visible body piercing. -Sideburns should not extend below the middle of the ear. -You need to show up for your shift, on time, in a neat, clean and complete QuikStop uniform.
		You must be willing to show up for work each day with a smile and positive attitude.
		You must have a sincere desire to do 'whatever it takes' to create Raving fans of QuikStop.
		You must be willing to recommend QuikStop services and parts based on manufacturer's recommendations and industry averages to keep our customer's cars running at their best.
		You must be an honest person of high integrity.
		You must have a mastery of basic English language skills and be articulate and well spoken.
